Welcome to AN Games Studio’s courses! By accessing and using our courses, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- All courses provided by AN Games Studio are protected by copyright laws. It is strictly prohibited to copy or redistribute any of our course content without our prior written permission.
- Account sharing for the purpose of studying our courses is not allowed without a previous written request to us. AN Games Studio reserves the right to deny any such request at its sole discretion.
- Our courses come with lifetime access, which means that you can access the course content at any time as long as you have a valid account with us. However, in case of website drop or maintenance, we reserve the right to hold the platform from working for a maximum period of 15 days. If the downtime is expected to exceed this period, we will provide an alternative study backup to ensure uninterrupted access to our courses.
By using our courses, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. AN Games Studio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
Privacy Policy
This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
Delivery Policy
Upon receiving of your order, you will either be prompted to begin your study or you will receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete the steps within 6 hours max. If you are prompted to begin your study, receiving required information to access of the course will constitute delivery to you of the item(s) you purchased.
If you receive an e-mail from us with instructions to start your study, the receipt by you of the e-mail will constitute delivery by us to you of the item(s) you purchased.
In case you are unable to access the course you purchase or you do not receive an prompt/e-mail from us with instructions to complete your order, you must contact us within 2 days from the date of your order. If you do not contact us within 2 days from the date of your order, the item(s) you purchased will be considered received, and delivered to you.
Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and didn’t download the course attachments, within 2 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your order.
